Serving authentic Creole and Brasserie style cuisine, Chef Jaime Hernandez and his culinary team work with fresh, locally sourced and indigenous ingredients from North Carolina and Louisiana. Jaime’s love for the food of his upbringing in south Louisiana inspires his thoughtful and traditionally prepared dishes. The Brasserie style menu ranges from his family recipe for Hen and Andouille Gumbo, to traditional New Orleans Barbecued Shrimp, Crawfish Mac & Cheese, Steak Frites and a selection of wood fired, hand-tossed Gourmet pizzas. The Restaurant is located in a historic building in downtown Brevard and has an open, rustic, industrial feel that offers family style dining tables, as well as private dining and a beautiful covered patio for sidewalk café dining. Jaime’s full service bar has a large selection of locally crafted beer on tap and a Wine Spectator award winning wine list.
