Shuttle Service

From day trips to overnights, we can help you organize your outing!

River Shuttle Information

Our shuttle service for the French Broad River is available for customers who have their own boats and need assistance with a shuttle to any of the public river accesses. Boat and equipment rentals are also available for those who have customized trip itineraries.  Shuttles are available 7 days a week, year round, with advanced reservations.  There is a $35 late fee for every 30 minutes past your agreed upon meeting time.

Champion Park River Access in Rosman, NC, is the first public access point along the French Broad and just a 1/2 mile from our shop. Due to limited parking and insurance liability we do not allow public river access at our shop or any of our private river accesses unless you are a customer on a trip with us.

There are roughly 33 river miles, with 6 public access points within Transylvania County. If you are looking to do a multi-day trip please utilize the French Broad Paddle Trail website for information on all accesses and campgrounds along the French Broad.  We can outfit your group with shuttles and equipment rentals once you have determined your itinerary.

Shuttle Fees are based upon distance from our shop and number of people.

We offer overnight parking at our private put-in just downstream of Champion Park. Due to lack of parking at our river shop, there is no overnight parking available at that location.

We also offer boat rentals, shuttles, and/or boat deliveries to local area lakes.  Private lake communities include;  Lake Toxaway, Cardinal Lake, Connestee Falls, and Eagle Lake. Public Lakes include but not limited to; Lake Glenville, Wolfe Creek Lake, Bear Lake, Tannassee Lake, Lake Jocassee and Balsam Lake.
